Gabriel R. Lang is an anointed and gifted young artist for Jesus Christ who got his beginning as a drummer in his father’s (Pastor Ray A. Lang) church at the age of four. By the age of 14, he served as organist in his mother’s (Evangelist Merilyn H. Lang) revival services. Growing up in his teen years, Gabriel began training local church and school choirs to exercise the gift of music given to him by God. By the age of 17, he served as a Minister of Music for the S. D. James International Mass Choir of the S. D. James Evangelistic Association, Inc and Evangelist Pentecostal Churches, Worldwide (EPC), Inc. under the leadership of  President, Bishop M. C. Williams.

Gabriel got his formal musical training at Troy State University, Troy, AL; Enterprise State Junior College, Enterprise, AL; and Schenectady County Community College, Schenectady, NY. During which times he pinned over 70 compositions, many of which were performed and/or recorded. Gabriel now resides in the great state of Texas where God has continued to anoint and expand his music ministry, giving him a vision and a purpose driven life of “Divine” music ministry. From this vision and purpose Gabriel was inspired by God to found the Chosen Generation Music Group, LLC  (CGMG) which serves as an umbrella for new upcoming young artists for God such as the newly formed Chosen Generation Chorale, Tamara Harris, Ms. Jewel, Minstrel (the Band), and many yet to come. The Divine purpose of this music ministry is to reach this “Joshua Generation” that is yet to come. It is also to create a platform for young artist to reach others in our state and ultimately the world.
